MOZA Challenge, an intense sim-racing competition, has announced its return for 2025, offering a prize pool of $10,000 (~£7,700).
The tournament enters its third year of hosting competitive play on Simracing.GP (SGP), featuring MOZA prizes and points across five seasons, ending with the showpiece Grand Final in December 2025.
Starting this August, cash and spot prizes will be up for grabs in each of the five seasons: the GT3 Open Trophy, GT3 UK, GT3 Euro Cup, GT3 USA Cup and the GT3 Global Trophy. Each season will last for four weeks, with drivers pushing themselves to the limits to earn cash rewards depending on placement.
- First place: $750
- Second place: $325
- Third place: $125
MOZA will also award 100 points to five participants every week. In addition, each season one registered player will receive a MOZA HBP handbrake.
Every week, drivers competing will be placed based on their SGP ranking. On week one, points will be multiplied based on the field size to balance splits. By week two, points will be altered further to balance abilities and will remain for week three. Week four is the season finale, with double points on the line.
This year also introduces the Loyalty Streak Leaderboard, which gives drivers the chance to win cash prizes for simply competing. MOZA promises to reveal more details closer to season one.
The best six drivers from each season will qualify for the MOZA Challenge Grand Final, a live-streamed epic on December 20th, 2025. However, the six drivers can continue competing in other seasons to earn more cash prizes.
First place will earn the lion’s share of the $10,000 prize pool, winning $2,000 (~£1,540) and a MOZA R12 sim and FSR2 wheel mod. Second place wins $1,250 (~£962.50), and will receive a MOZA R9 wheel base and GS V2P wheel mod. Finally, third place will earn a MOZA R5 Bundle, including pedals, wheel mods, shifters and more.
