Capcom that its upcoming Street Fighter 6 collaboration with k-pop group aespa will releases on July 4th, 2025.

A trailer was posted online revealing everything fans can come to expect from the fighting game’s latest event.

The trailer revealed a unique skin available for Street Fighter 6 character Juri, which will become her fourth in-game outfit, designed with the aespa logo and aesthetic. The skin will be available for an entire year from July 4th, 2025 to July 3rd, 2026.

For players unfamiliar with aespa, they are a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment. Consisting of four members: Karina, Giselle, Winter and Ningning, they debuted in 2020.

Alongside the skin, visual artist naevis — often associated with aespa — will also become a new in-game commentator for players to listen to during matches.

While the release date has been officially revealed, the collaboration was originally leaked online after several users reported seeing Juri’s costume in V-Rivals. In response, Capcom temporarily disabled Juri in this mode.

It is not the first time that Street Fighter 6 has had collaborations with notable brands, for example, last year the game featured the hit anime show Spy X Family. The game has also expanded to appear in other titles, such as Monster Hunter Wilds, and recently launched an eight-skin event in Overwatch 2.

Street Fighter 6 Esports Scene

Street Fighter 6 has several upcoming tournaments where fans could potentially see this skin make an appearance. Most notable ones are the EVO Championship Series, featuring a dedicated Street Fighter 6 tournament, running from August 1st to 3rd, 2025.

The Esports World Cup is also a highly anticipated event in Riyadh, with a $1m (~£727,000) prize pool for the taking, taking place from July 7th to August 4th, 2025. Street Fighter 6 specifically will take place in Week 7 of the Esports World Cup schedule.

There will also be an abundance of smaller tournaments in the coming months where fans may see this Juri skin used by top Street Fighter 6 competitors.
