NetEase has revealed new details about features coming to Marvel Rivals Season 3.5, including a new event pass, Twitch drops, Season 3 Championship changes and more.

Maintenance for Season 3.5 will begin on August 8th at 9:00 AM UTC, taking two to three hours before the Mid-season update arrives in the hero shooter.

There will be a new limited-time event pass called Queen’s Codex, similar to the Summer Special and Combat Chest events prior. The pass includes over 20 cosmetic awards, including skins for The Thing, Hela and Black Widow, and the game’s first legendary-tier spray.

The event pass will be permanently unlocked for players who purchase the premium pass, meaning it will remain for future seasons without a time limit.

The post online also details systems being added to the game to improve player experiences and tone down toxicity in the game. Players will be able to set up custom muted words, filtering them out during matches. In addition, there will be a faction tab in the chat system and emojis will be displayed in more scenarios, such as when eliminated mid-fight.

Marvel Rivals latest Duellist, Blade, will also arrive with various cosmetic items available for purchase. He will release with the Polarity Edge, Emoji, and Dynamic Mood bundles available in the store from August 8th, 2025 at 9:00 AM UTC.

Marvel Rivals Brings Twitch Drops and Championship update

Season 3.5 also kicks off with a new batch of Twitch drops, themed around the Strategist Mantis this time around. The drops will be available by tuning in to official streams, such as the upcoming Marvel Rivals Ignite Mid-Season Finals, or partnered streams with drops enabled.

Here are all the Twitch drop rewards and how to get them:

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
