European esports organisation Fnatic has announced a partnership with Counter-Strike skin gamified marketplace Skinrave.
The deal will see the platform become the official skin case-opening partner of the organisation’s CS2 roster.
According to a release, the two parties will collaborate to produce content involving Fnatic content creators as well as host a range of community tournaments.
In addition to content and tournaments, the deal will see Fnatic-branded cases featuring the organisation’s CS2 players appear on the platform for users to open. Founded in 2023, Skinrave has quickly established a presence within the skin trading market. In addition to Fnatic, the platform also secured a deal with G2 Esports in February.
Moreover, the platform recently expanded into CS2 esports with its own team. On September 5th, Skinrave unveiled Skinrave Esports after acquiring the North American roster previously competing under the BLUEJAYS banner. The team currently sits 52nd in September’s global Valve Regional Standings (VRS).
Fnatic’s Commercial Expansion
Fnatic’s partnership with Skinrave is the latest commercial deal secured in recent months, taking its total number of partners to seven. Earlier in the month, the organisation named streetwear brand Fulllife as its pro kit partner, while August saw Fnatic Gear secure a deal with Sony INZONE.
In July, the organisation joined forces with DLSM, with the latter becoming its official trading partner in a deal aiming to provide gamers with resources to make smarter trading deals.
Outside of its partnerships, Fnatic has continued to establish itself as one of several European teams looking to secure qualification for November’s StarLadder Budapest Major.
Currently ranked 21st in September’s VRS, the team’s next LAN event is the CS Asia Championships 2025, where it has a chance to earn valuable VRS points to lock in a place within the world’s top 32 teams.
