European esports organisation Team Vitality has unveiled Till Werdermann as its new Head of Esports Operations.
Werdermann joins the organisation after parting ways with OverActive Media, the parent company of Movistar KOI, at the end of September.
Announced on October 27th, 2025, Werdermann will oversee the organisation’s League of Legends, VALORANT, Rocket League, and EA Sports FC divisions.
Werdermann previously held the position of Director of Team Operations at KOI, the League of Legends division of Canadian esports company OverActive Media.
“Excited to announce that I’ve joined Team Vitality as Head of Esports Operations,” said Werdermann on social media. “I’ve already been working with the teams across Berlin and Paris this October, and it’s been a pleasure to be at such a storied organisation.”
Werdermann’s arrival is the latest personnel change for the organisation. In July, Team Vitality’s former Director of Esports, Anne Banschbach, departed the organisation to join tournament organiser BLAST.
Outside of personnel updates, Team Vitality has continued to expand its presence in esports. In September, the organisation entered into a long-term partnership with PSG Esports, focusing on the EA Sports FC Pro circuit.
Team Vitality’s Continued Growth
In addition to collaborating with other French esports organisations, Team Vitality continues to grow its partnership portfolio.
July saw the organisation score a seven-figure deal with online casino and sportsbook Stake, becoming the official betting partner of Team Vitality’s Counter-Strike 2 roster.
Its Counter-Strike 2 roster has dominated several Tier 1 tournaments throughout 2025, winning the BLAST.tv Austin Major, IEM Dallas 2025, and ESL Pro League Season 22.
Werdermann’s appointment has the potential to add even more expertise to Team Vitality’s backroom staff. With experience in League of Legends, his expertise could potentially help guide the organisation further up the LEC table, after ending LEC 2025 Summer with a top-six finish.
