Tournament organiser Fragadelphia has announced that its upcoming Counter-Strike 2 event, FRAG 20 will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the US at the LVL UPO EXPO.

Running from April 24th to 26th, 2026, the event will take place as Fragadelphia’s first-ever hybrid LAN, meaning it will be both an invite and open tournament at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

FRAG 20 is scheduled to run as a Tier-2 ranked event featuring the top eight teams from the North America Valve Regional Standings (VRS) sub-region. The event will use rankings from February 2nd, 2026, with invites sent the following day and seedings determined in April.

According to Fragadelphia, the tournament will be split into several stages, with the first stage featuring an open double-elimination bracket. The top eight rosters will advance to the Stage 2 GSL groups, competing alongside the eight invited VRS teams.

Finally, the final eight squads will go head-to-head in a single-elimination playoff bracket, before concluding with the Grand Finals.

FRAG 20 will feature a prize pool of $50,000 (~£36,900), with the winning team earning $20,000 (~£14,800) for their efforts. The runner-up will receive $12,500 (~£9,260) and third place will be awarded $7,500 (~£5,600).

Recently, Fragadelphia was crucial for teams seeking to climb the VRS ladder. For example, FRAG x The Block 2 saw 48 teams compete, including organisations from Europe, seeking to secure enough points for the StarLadder Budapest Major.

FRAG 20 will be too late for the invite deadline for Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2026 Major, which will decide teams based on the April 2026 VRS rankings. Even so, it will serve as an indicator of the state of North America’s competitive scene.

What is LVL UP EXPO?

The event will take place during the LVL UP EXPO, a three-day-long gaming and pop-culture convention featuring exhibitions and guest panels, alongside various console and retro esports tournaments.

In addition to FRAG 20, console competitions will be held for games such as 2XKO, Tekken 8, FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves and Street Fighter 6, among others. Additionally, retro tournaments will take place, featuring Super Smash Bros., HALO 2, Tekken 3 and more.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
