FURIA has revealed an entirely new roster for the 2026 VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) season.

The rebuild features VCT veterans, including former MIBR player Arthur ‘artzin’ Araujo, as well as rising tier-two rookies.

“2025 has been the year of the panther. Now, there’s just one piece left to fit: It’s time to activate our secret agents,’ shared FURIA in the official announcement.

The Brazilian organisation will be represented by:

  • Arthur ‘artzin’ Araujo (Sentinel)
  • Daniel ‘eeiu’ Vucenovic (Initiator)
  • GianFranco ‘koalanoob’ Potestio (Flex)
  • Michael ‘nerve’ Yerrow (In-game Leader & Controller)
  • Torogul ‘alym’ Baidyldaev (Duelist)
  • Luiz ‘basic’ Tessaro (6th Player)
  • Ian ‘shaW’ Jardim (Head Coach)
  • Lucas ‘Kamino’ Kamino (Assistant Coach)

Eeiu, artzin and koalanoob are already well-known names within the VALORANT esports scene as the three have previously competed for VCT teams 100 Thieves, MIBR and NAVI, respectively.

Artzin also gained recognition for his fearless flash-initiator performances during VALORANT Champions Paris in September 2025.

On the other hand, nerve, alym and basic will be making their tier-one debuts with FURIA next year. Basic formerly competed with 2Game Academy, while nerve and alym both previously played for QoR Gaming in Challengers North America.

Coaches shaW and Kamino are also headed for their first VCT season next year. ShaW has coached several Challengers and Game Changers organisations, including MIBR Fe and, most recently, RED Canids.

Kamino has followed a similar career trajectory, previously working as an Analyst for Team Liquid Brazil prior to joining FURIA.

Roster Rebuild After a Disappointing Season

Since 2021, Brazilian esports organisation FURIA has been competing in VALORANT.

However, the team has struggled to be competitive in Riot’s franchised VCT Americas league and keep pace with the success of fellow South American organisations such as LOUD and KRÜ Esports.

The 2025 season was particularly challenging for FURIA, as the organisation was forced to make frequent roster changes due to ongoing visa issues. As a result, FURIA won only one of its 13 matches across VCT Americas Kickoff, Stage 1 and Stage 2.

FURIA’s brand new lineup for 2026 will have the opportunity to flex its muscles soon this year. From December 4th to 6th, the team will participate in the Sentinels Invitational Off//Season event alongside Shopify Rebellion Black, 100 Thieves, and, of course, the hosting organisation, Sentinels.
