Team Liquid has announced its new VALORANT roster for the 2026 VCT season.

The new VALORANT roster features two familiar faces from the EMEA and three rookie players. Head Coach Ivo ‘LohaN’ Albino explained that the goal was to find players who were ‘passionate’ more than anything else.

Team Liquid Reveals VCT Roster

Team Liquid’s five players for 2026 include:

  • Ayaz ‘nAts’ Akhmetshin
  • Kamil ‘kamo’ Frackowiak
  • Dominykas ‘MiniBoo’ Lukasevicius
  • Seymon purp0′ Borchev
  • Wayne ‘wayne’ Chang

nAts and kamo have played for Team Liquid before and have plenty of VCT experience. MiniBoo, purp0 and wayne are new to the organisation, but fit LohaN’s vision of building a team that’s passionate, young, dedicated and open-minded.

“I want to raise the bar for this year,” he said. “I want the players to develop more atonomy in the way they work. Last year at some point, it felt that my influence was the key points for success. When we’re facing things we’re not so comfortable with, we struggled to find answers.

“This year, we want to develop a more creative side to our players where they are more creative and think for themselves.”

LohaN talked about his decision to bring the three new players to the roster.

wayne is an import from the APAC region that has a foundation of incredible skills. However, LohaN also felt that he would give the rest of the team insight into how other regions play.

MiniBoo is ‘very, very professional,’ according to LohaN, and he will bring his experience and insight to the team. The team noted his constant ideas that will potentially keep Team Liquid ahead in matches.

purp0 has two years of professional experience, where he’s proven to be very strict and disciplined. This could add some structure to the roster, which is largely focused on creativity and passion.

LohaN is hoping this team will have the right balance to dominate next season. Team Liquid’s fans have responded positively to the roster, excited for what’s to come in 2026.
