DetonatioN FocusMe has announced its updated VALORANT roster before beginning its 2026 VCT campaign at Pacific Kickoff.

The Japanese organisation has traded two players with Challengers team RIDDLE ORDER while also signing its head coach

As part of the move, Amon ‘Caedye’ Okakura and yatsuka will join DFM’s active lineup, replacing Kim ‘Jinboong’ Jin-won and Koki ‘gyen’ Nakamura, who will be heading to RIDDLE.

Check out DetonatioN FocusMe’s full roster for the VCT 2026 season below:

  • Tomonori ‘SSeeS’ Okimura (IGL)
  • Ibuki ‘Meiy’ Seki
  • Yu ‘akame’ Gwang-hui
  • Amon ‘Caedye’ Okakura
  • yatsuka
  • Kakeru ‘Vorz’ Ikarashi (Head Coach)
  • Hirotaka ‘Melofovia’ Okazaki (Coach)
  • Tsubasa ‘NorthernLights’ Ando (Coach)

While Caedye and yatsuka will be making their tier-one debut, they were an integral part of RIDDLE’s four consecutive Challengers title-winning run in 2025. Under Vorz’s leadership, the team also achieved a top-four finish at VCT Ascension Pacific 2024, missing out on a VCT promotion by just two series wins

“The new players, yatsuka and Caedye, are just 18 years old and are characterized by their youthful, overwhelming physical strength and high adaptability,” DFM stated in a press release.

The announcement further added: “Meiy, Akame, and SSeeS have already been practicing alongside new members Yatsuka and Caedye, and are feeling confident. With Melofovia and NorthernLights supporting Coach Vorz, we are ready to compete in 2026.”

When it comes to DetonatioN FocusMe’s performance, the team hasn’t competed at an international VCT event so far apart from VCT LOCK//IN 2023 and has only occasionally made playoff appearances in regional tournaments.

The organisation will now be looking to turn things around, with the goal of qualifying for its first-ever VALORANT Masters event while delivering consistent performances across Pacific Kickoff, Stage 1, and Stage 2.

Gen.G Esports Awaits DetonatioN FocusMe in VCT Pacific Kickoff Opener

DFM’s journey to establish itself as one of the top VALORANT teams will not be easy. The new roster will start its 2026 VCT Pacific Kickoff run against the Masters Shanghai 2024 winner Gen.G in a triple-elimination bracket; however, the match schedule is yet to be revealed.

The team needs to reach top three at the event in order to qualify for the first Masters event of the year, VALORANT Masters Santiago, scheduled to run from February 28th to March 15th.

Fans will be able to cheer on the fresh roster by tuning into the VCT Pacific Twitch and YouTube channels
