Blizzard Entertainment has revealed the schedule for its 2026 Blizzard Showcase, with the Overwatch 2 joining the existing line-up of World of Warcraft, Diablo IV, and Hearthstone.

This year’s edition will celebrate the developer’s 35th anniversary, and offer fans a look at the plans for its catalogue of games in the near future.

According to the official blog, the showcase will consist of a series of developer-led spotlights that will include announcements, sneak-peaks, and teasers surrounding the four titles. The livestreams will be available on the official channels on both YouTube and Twitch channels for the respective games.

Here is the full schedule for the Blizzard Showcase:

What To Expect From the Blizzard Showcase

While these showcases will primarily be gaming focused, some announcements could be of interest to esports fans, particularly around Overwatch 2 and World of Warcraft.

For example, in the 2025 Overwatch Spotlight, major updates, including Hero Perks, new playable characters, and competitive changes such as hero bans, were announced, which impacted both the casual and professional scenes. Similar information may be unveiled during the upcoming showcase.

The showcase announcement was also accompanied by a 90-second-long trailer reflecting back on Blizzard Entertainment’s 35-year history. Notably, the video featured a few other franchises, such as Starcraft II and Heroes of the Storm, though no dedicated streams have been confirmed for these games.

In addition to this, bot Starcraft and Heroes of the Storm will also not be a part of the 2026 edition of the Esports World Cup, which dealt a major blow to the competitive scenes of both titles.
