VALORANT has introduced a creator-led Alpha vs Omega Challenge to celebrate its Season 2026 ACT 1 kickoff.

Alongside 130 EMEA creators and on-air talent, players can compete within Alpha or Omega factions to unlock digital and physical rewards.

To join the challenge, players must first choose a faction, Alpha or Omega, via the dedicated website or take a short quiz to receive a recommended side. Afterwards, participants can earn faction points through weekly in-game challenges.

Faction points are awarded based on their weekly performance and are tied to a range of in-game objectives, such as most Bandit kills or highest Competitive points. A weekly leaderboard shows the current objectives as well as the best-performing players.

For the winning faction, in-game rewards will be awarded weekly. Moreover, top-performing players across the challenge will be eligible for physical rewards.

Creators, broadcast talent and pro players from EMEA, including Spanish streamer Oscar ‘mixwell‘ Cañellas and Game Changers athlete Petra ‘Petra’ Stoker, will join the month-long rivalry.

More information about the challenge can be found here.

VALORANT’s Lore Push in 2026

The Alpha vs Omega Challenge was launched together with VALORANT’s latest Patch 12.00, which featured a significant Breeze rework and the new Bandit pistol.

However, Riot Games has not only introduced in-game updates heading into the 2026 Season. The ongoing in-game challenge also ties into VALORANT’s recently released lore cinematic, titled ‘Welcome to my world…’

The video made waves within the VALORANT community for highlighting the ever-increasing conflict between the Alpha and Omega multiverses and for seemingly confirming a canon relationship between Omega Earth’s Viper and Chamber.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
