League of Legends streamer and midlaner Tim ‘Nemesis’ Lipovšek has unveiled Witchcraft, a new team that will compete in the upcoming 2026 EMEA Masters Winter tournament.

The roster may be familiar to a lot of League of Legends esports fans, with the team consisting of four out of five Los Ratones players. Replacing top-laner Simon ‘Baus‘ Hofverberg is former FlyQuest and Team Liquid top laner Gabriël ‘Bwipo’ Rau.

The announcement, shared from Witchcraft’s account, said: “The rumours are true… it’s Witchcraft time, baby! 😈 Presenting our 2026 Witchcraft roster, competing in EMEA Masters.”

Witchcraft’s announcement was later echoed by Bwipo, alongside other members of its roster, who also shared: “My new team!”

Witchcraft 2026 Roster

Witchcraft’s line-up consists of notable names from the European scene:

  • Top: Gabriël ‘Bwipo’ Rau
  • Jungle: Veljko ‘Velja’ Čamdžić
  • Mid: Tim ‘Nemesis’ Lipovšek
  • Bot: Juš ‘Crownie’ Marušič
  • Support: Martin ‘Rekkles’ Larsson

The coaching staff is set to include Jakob ‘YamatoCannon’ Mebdi as the roster’s Head Coach, and Kevin ‘Shaves’ Tolman as a Coach.

Nemesis also addressed questions around Marc ‘Caedrel’ Lamont, saying on stream that Caedrel will not be involved due to other commitments, but will still be watching and supporting the project.

From Los Ratones to Witchcraft

Witchcraft’s reveal follows the end of Los Ratones, the high-profile streamer-backed roster that competed in the NLC and later appeared in the 2026 LEC Versus competition. Without the direct involvement of popular figures such as Caedrel and Baus, it’ll be interesting to see if the project garners a similar amount of fanfare.

Regarding how Witchcraft qualified for EMEA Master Winter without competing in a regional league, the team was invited due to Los Ratones’ participation in LEC Versus. This is a similar situation to what happened with Karmine Corp Blue, which was also invited into EMEA Masters Winter.

“While the Los Ratones project has officially closed, 4 out of 5 former players will continue their journey in the competition under the new Witchcraft banner,” the EMEA Masters account stated.

Unlike most EMEA Masters events, this edition will feature qualification opportunities to the 2026 League of Legends Esports World Cup. As a result, the top two teams from EMEA Master Winter will qualify for the Esports World Cup Qualifier, which will feature LEC teams.
