State Farm recently announced its first sponsorship in the esports space with the company serving as North American sponsor of the 2018 League of Legends World Championship, Mid-Season Invitational and All-Star Event. The analyst desk will be named the “NA LCS State Farm Analyst desk”. ReKTGlobal has confirmed that it provided guidance on the aforementioned deal.

“At State Farm, we have a long, proud history of partnering with sports leagues, teams
and their fans,” said Ed Gold, Advertising Director at State Farm. “With ReKTGlobal,
we’ll be able to engage esports fans in a more dynamic way and find creative and
unique ways to bring value to the esports ecosystem.”

Jarred Kennedy, Co-Head of LoL Esports, stated: “It’s thrilling to see a high-profile,
traditional sports sponsor like State Farm recognize the value of esports, and we’re
honored that they’ve chosen the NALCS in particular to start. Having State Farm come
on-board is a great step forward for us and our fans. Welcome, State Farm, to the North
American League of Legends Championship Series!”

ReKTGlobal CEO and co-founder Dave Bialek, has a long history of collaboration with State Farm and had this to say: “It’s exciting to continue my relationship with State Farm and to introduce them to the esports community,” said Bialek. “With major partners like State Farm coming on scene, esports will continue to grow until the industry matches or overtakes traditional sports”.

ReKTGlobal was recently also in the news, announcing the acquisition of Steve Aoki’s Rogue organisation. The esports infrastructure company clearly has big plans for the organisation, touting an Overwatch League spot and a NA LCS franchise spot in the future.

Esports Insider says: More big news from ReKT as they continue to make waves in the esports scene. Bringing in big non-endemic sponsors like State Farm is also important as esports continues to penetrate the mainstream and having people who are in-the-know ensure a smooth entrance is just as vital. Congratulations to both parties.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
