Razer has announced its sponsorship of Chaos Theory, a professional esports team based in Singapore that was launched in 2017 by ex-Razer employee, Drew Holt-Kentwell

The gaming hardware, software, and systems company will provide the team with Razer gaming equipment, as well as kitting the players out in Chaos Theory apparel.

The team currently competes in Overwatch and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, and already counts Foodpanda, Zero Dot One and Signaporean LAN chain Colosseum among its partners. The organisation provides its players with full-time contracts, private medical healthcare, and contributes towards pension funds.

Drew Holt-Kentwell, Founder, Chaos Theory commented on how he sees this partnership benefiting his organisation: “Chaos Theory is excited to partner with Razer as we collectively work towards the development of esports in the region. This partnership is testament to Razer’s commitment to championing professional team esports in South East Asia and beyond, and their high-performance hardware will undoubtedly be an amazing boost for our team.”

Josh Collins, Senior Manager of Talent Marketing, Razer said the following about the company’s latest sponsorship: “We are thrilled to partner with Chaos Theory as they continue their rapid expansion,” says . “Razer has always been a strong supporter of the esports scene and we look forward to Chaos Theory taking the gaming world by storm.”

Esports Insider says: Razer already sponsors huge esports teams such as SK Telecom T1, KSV eSports, Rise Nation, and Kinguin, so Chaos Theory is in great company and will be using proven equipment. This is an exciting deal for both parties involved.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
