Hungarian esports event and media company Esport1 has announced a renewal of broadcast partnership deals with ESL Gaming, Riot Games and BLAST for an undisclosed amount of time.
The partnerships will see Esport1 continue to produce Hungarian language broadcasts for ESL, BLAST and Riot Games events, including the upcoming BLAST Paris Major and the League of Legends World Championship.
Esport1 is the largest esports company in Hungary, and one of the largest in the CEE region. The company specialises in tournament production and content, and operates an esports news website. Esport1 is perhaps best known for its work on the V4 Esports Festival, which was one of the largest esports events in the region.
The company initially started working with tournament organiser ESL Gaming in 2019, when the first exclusive broadcast partnership was agreed. Since then, the two companies have worked on numerous events, and the collaboration will continue with the ESL Pro Tour in 2023.
In addition, Esport1 and ESL’s deal will include the Tippmix CS:GO Masters, the biggest national CS:GO tournament, in the EPT circuit.
As for publisher Riot Games, the two parties will continue to work on broadcasts of all major League of Legends tournaments with the focus on Europe. This includes the LEC, the EMEA Masters, MSI and Worlds.
In addition, Esport1 will also produce the Hungarian broadcast for tournament organiser BLAST’s upcoming BLAST.tv Paris Major.
