Game developer EA Sports, the creators of the EA Sports FC (formerly FIFA), has partnered with Indian esports and gaming company Skyesports for a series of student mobile esports events.

Called the EA SPORTS FC Mobile Campus Tour, the series will include events at six Indian colleges in November and December. These will focus on grassroots matches, giveaways and meet-and-greets with content creators.

EA FC Mobile is the official mobile version of the console and PC football simulation EA FC, released in 2023. The mobile version features the well-known Ultimate Team game mode and was first launched in 2016, at the time under the FIFA Mobile moniker.

The partnership with Skyesports will be focused on community activations in India, rather than on large-scale esports events or tournaments. The two brands noted a dedication to “nurturing gaming culture at its roots” in the announcement, putting a priority on educating potential new EA FC Mobile players. Six cities will be visited during the Tour, and the locations will be shared through Skyesports’ social media channels soon.

Skyesports noted that a travelling EA FC booth will be placed at a college for one day, and that students will be able to take part in matches, win awards and participate in giveaways. Students will also have the opportunity to meet well-known local content creators such as Kaztro, Doctor Gaming and more.

Skyesports’ Founder and CEO, Shiva Nandy commented: “We’re excited to witness students from six diverse cities engage in the FC Mobile Campus Tour, showcasing their skills, participating in giveaways, and meeting their favourite gaming influencers.

“This partnership is about fostering community, celebrating talent, and igniting the passion for EA SPORTS F Mobile among the current generation of gamers.”

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
