Riot Games, in collaboration with Virgin Music Group, will release a deluxe edition of its Arcane Season 2 soundtrack in Spring 2025.

To mark the announcement, League of Legends’ developer has released a new version of ‘What Have They Done to Us’ featuring singer Sasha Alex Sloan.

Riot Games stated that the new remix, which is available to listen to now, aims to inject ‘fresh emotion and depth into the original composition’ written by electronic music artists Grey and Mako.

“I’m a huge fan of the show, and when I got presented with the opportunity, I was so excited!” revealed Sasha Alex Sloan.

“I’ve been patiently waiting for this to come out and I feel so lucky to be involved in such an amazing project.”

Sloan has released several singles, albums, and EPs over the last five years, accumulating approximately 10m monthly listeners on Spotify as a result.

The new version of What Have They Done to Us will feature in the deluxe edition. Since its release on January 31st 2025, the song has amassed over 380,000 streams on Spotify.
