Counter-Strike training software brand Refrag has announced that it has become an official partner of BLAST Premier Rivals Hong Kong.

The partnership will see Refrag featured throughout the tournament both on the live stream and through physical on-site branding.

Refrag will also bring its own dedicated desk segment to the competition in Hong Kong, breaking down plays during matches using its software features.

Freddie Beale, Head of Sponsorship Sales at BLAST, said: “We’re very excited to welcome Refrag on board for our debut event in Hong Kong. They’ve continued to innovate and enhance the Counter-Strike practice space for many years now, and we think fans of BLAST events will love the features on offer, whether they’re just picking up the game or competing at the top level.”

Refrag first launched back in 2018, offering tools to Counter-Strike players to help improve individual skill. For example, its coach feature analyses past games to provide feedback and suggest room for improvement through tasks.

Stefan Dorresteijn, CTO and co-founder of Refrag, said: “BLAST has given Counter-Strike fans countless unforgettable moments, so we’re overjoyed to be partnering with them for their first event in Hong Kong.

“Being able to showcase Refrag and what it can do for the millions of Counter-Strike players around the world is something we’ve dreamed about for a long time, and we’re incredibly excited that it’s finally happening.”
