2XKO developer Riot Games and esports organisation FlyQuest will hold the Christmas Clash tournament this weekend.

Running from December 13th to 14th, 2025, the winner of the competition will claim the lion’s share of a $3,000 (~£2,230) prize pot.

The Christmas Clash is supported by Riot Games’ First Impact, a sponsorship programme that supports community-led 2XKO tournaments. The support means that an additional $2,500 (~£1,850) bounty will be awarded if a duo wins the event.

According to the official sign-up page on start.gg, any player with a North American Riot Games account can enter the competition, even those outside of North America. Those looking to sign up must join the 2XKO Discord server to register.

Matches during the tournament will be BO3 until only the top three players remain. Afterwards, the Winner’s Finals, Loser’s Finals, and Grand Finals will shift to a BO5 format.

Road to Frosty Faustings

The Christmas Clash is the final event in the Road to Frosty Faustings series, a three-week online showdown serving as a qualifier to the Frosty Faustings XVIII next year.

Over the past three weeks, players earned leaderboard points based on placements across various competitions. Christmas Clash is vital because it offers double points to the top four players, serving as the last chance to reach the 2026 FGC event.

The top-ranking player by the end of the series will receive a fully funded trip to the Frosty Faustings festival in 2026. This includes travel accommodations, hotel lodging, event registration, $50 daily stipend, and a FlyQuest-branded player jersey.

The player who wins the prize must represent FlyQuest in Frosty Faustings XVIII, and wear the jersey during tournament participation or other official activities.

Frosty Faustings XVII features a 2XKO mixed mode tournament that will take place on January 30th, 2026, and will offer a boosted prize pool of $50,000 (~£37,565). Additionally, a 2XKO duos special tournament will run on January 29th, 2026.

As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
