Taking place on February 8th-10th, 48 teams are expected to compete at the Kettering Conference Centre.

Jon Winkle, Managing Director of epic.LAN said the following in a statement: “As a long-term Fasthosts customer, it’s great to be working alongside the team to improve our online service quality but also to give something back to the CS:GO community who have supported epic.LAN in force over the past few years. Outside of our LAN events, we’re currently working with several clients to deliver online projects utilising Fasthosts Bare Metal Servers and we’ve been seeing some amazing performance results which we will be sharing soon.”

Thanks to this deal, the winning team at epic26 will not only win a cash prize (which will be boosted by Fasthosts) but a 12-month match server that’s managed by epic.LAN’s game server control platform. Fasthosts will also provide ‘LAN survival packs’ for attendees of the event.

Catherine Grayson, PR Manager at Fasthosts added: “Fasthosts is very excited about supporting epic.LAN this year. Not only is this an exciting event to be part of, but working with the epic.LAN team is a great opportunity for technical event organisers and gamers to find out how we can support them, from dedicated to bare metal servers. I’m really looking forward to attending next month and reporting back on the success of the event.”

Esports Insider says: epic.LAN continues to do great things for the amateur and grassroots scene in the UK so we’re glad to see it return so soon for epic26. Fasthosts’ support of the event will no doubt help create a great experience for those in attendance so we’re happy to see this deal come into fruition.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
