Denmark-based company RFRSH Entertainment has announced a partnership with gaming hardware brand OMEN by HP.

The deal is described as the “first of its kind”, covering all of the properties owned by RFRSH Entertainment. This includes CS:GO tournament series BLAST Pro Series, CS:GO team Astralis, and LEC franchise partner Origen.

Information surrounding the partnership – including financial details, the length of the deal, and possible activations – are yet to be revealed.

Astralis is partnered with the likes of Unibet, eSports.com, Turtle Beach, Jack & Jones, and NOCCO. Earlier this month, it was revealed that Origen had entered its first non-endemic partnership in the form of automobile giant Audi – a former partner of its sister team, Astralis.

BLAST Pro Series is a tournament series that sees six top teams from the world of CS:GO battle it out. RFRSH Entertainment is looking to take it to new locations in 2019, heading to Sao Paulo, Brazil in March, Miami, USA in April, and Madrid, Spain in May.

OMEN by HP is also partnered with the likes of Blizzard’s Overwatch League, BIG, Cloud9, Counter Logic Gaming, and EXCEL.

RFRSH Entertainment acquired Origen to compete in the LEC, the competition formerly known as the EU LCS. Joining the league as one of 10 long-term partners, it has now adopted a franchised system much like the LCS (formerly known as the NA LCS) and Turkish league TCL.

Esports Insider says: RFRSH Entertainment carries a lot of weight in terms of its properties so there’s a good chance OMEN by HP isn’t the only company that’s dying to enter a deal. Astralis is the best CS:GO team to exist, Origen is one of 10 teams in the premier European LoL competition, and BLAST Pro Series is an innovative and enjoyable circuit in a top title – all in all, we’re intrigued to see what this “industry leading” deal entails.
