North American esports organisation NRG has announced a new partnership with UK-based energy supplement company, Sneak. The deal marks NRG’s first collaboration with a gaming drink formula and is Sneak’s first link to a tier one organisation.
News of the partnership came via Twitter and promises merchandise releases, competitions, and exclusive content collaborations between the two parties, as well as a discount on Sneak products using code “NRG”. In addition to Sneak’s gamer-focused energy formula, the company manufactures its own apparel – likely to be leveraged in the arrangement with the NA organisation.
Although information regarding long-term strategies for the partnership is limited at this time, energy supplement companies such as Sneak have found great success in engineering exclusive flavours for those they collaborate with. If prior arrangements are any indication of what’s to come from this deal, it could potentially be more geared towards limited-time formulas.
Esports Insider says: Sneak is an up-and-coming brand among a crowded gaming supplement market; though the company has teamed up with streamers and influencers in the past, the link to NRG is a big step towards setting themselves apart from their competitors.
