UK Esports Awards has announced another partnership ahead of its second annual event, this time naming alcohol brand Jägermeister as its cocktail partner.

Jägermeister will supply bespoke cocktails at the event, which takes place at Rich Mix in London on August 3rd.

UK Esports Awards recruited electric scooter retailer Pure Scooters as its pre-drinks partner in May, also giving away two products during the evening. Earlier in the month, gaming monitor manufacturer AOC was announced as a returning sponsor for the event.

Adam Heath, Co-founder of UK Esports Awards commented on the partnership: “Some believe that a UK Esports event isn’t complete without a Jägerbomb or two, so to have Jägermeister join us on the 3rd of August and offer bespoke cocktails at the event is great! I look forward to sharing a few with everyone that makes it on the night.”

The UK Esports Awards announced the finalists for this year’s awards just last month. Based off of nominations made by the public, five final nominees for 14 of the 15 categories were announced.

The categories for the upcoming awards are: Player of the Year, Manager of the Year, Organisation of the Year, Caster of the Year, Presenter of the Year, Streamer of the Year, Tournament of the year, Admin of the Year, Photographer of the Year, Videographer of the Year, Reporter of the Year, Service Provider of the Year, Backstage Hero of the Year, and Banter of the Year.

Esports Insider says: We’re sure this is the announcement UK esports figures we’re waiting for! What’s an award show without a couple of drinks? On a more serious note, it’s good to see brands outside of the industry decide to support this initiative.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
