HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology Company, will act as the peripherals sponsor of the PUBG Nations Cup.

The brand will provide headphones, earbuds, mice, keyboards, and SSDs for the players to compete with.

Julian Schwartz, Central Esports Business Development Manager for PUBG Corporation discussed the partnership in a release: “Having quality partners is indicative of the type of event we strive to host, so we’re extremely excited to be partnering with HyperX for our first premier global esports event of the year. Their brand and products are truly among the best in class around the world, so it was an excellent fit for both PUBG Nations Cup and PUBG Esports as a whole.”

HyperX will also have a physical presence at the event in the form of a booth, allowing attendees to use its peripherals.

Susan Yang, Director of APAC Marketing at HyperX also commented: “We’re excited to extend our support for PUBG community from FACEIT Global Summit to PUBG Nations Cup. With the support of HyperX peripherals, we aim to demonstrate how professional-grade gear empowers PUBG gamers and enhances their gaming experience.”

The PUBG Nations Cup will take place on August 9-11th with 16 national teams competing for a total prize pool of $500,000 (£394,195). Teams from across five continents – made up of players selected by their peers and other country-specific methods – will attend the event, which acts as the culmination of the second phase in PUBG’s 2019 esports season.

Esports Insider says: HyperX is practically the unofficial sponsor of esports in general at this point. On a serious note, the level of support it provides companies and tournament organisers in all corners of the industry is great to see – we suspect the Nations Cup will get a lot of viewership too so it’s likely that plenty of eyes will be on HyperX’s products.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
