The finals marks the end of the first edition of the WNS, an $80,000 (~£61,000) League of Legends: Wild Rift league for North America. The winner will advance to the Wild Rift Icons Global Championships. Interestingly, the event will be played in front of a live audience and admittance will be free.

Jaycie Gluck, SVP of Wisdom Gaming, commented: “It’s been incredible to watch the positive response from the NA Wild Rift community this season. Having the Regional Championships take place in person marks a first for the community and the esports community within the Twin Cities who will benefit greatly from this event and future events we plan to bring through our space within Mall of America.”

Wisdom Gaming was already announced as the partner for the Wild Rift tournaments in North America. The regional finals are the last tournament to be played as a part of the partnership.

Chad Smeltz, Product Lead, Wild Rift Esports of NA/OCE, Riot Games, added: “We are excited to partner with Wisdom Gaming to bring the WNS Season 1 Championship in-person at Mall of America. The competitive experience for our players within Season 1 has been thrilling to witness.

“We are confident that the WNS Season 1 Championship event will only amplify the success we’ve seen with the tournament and within the community”

Esports Insider says: Wisdom Gaming looks to be a stable partner for Riot in the NA region and the upcoming finals event will surely be followed by more activations. The Mall of America seems like a logical choice for the in-person event, especially when you take into account the mall’s partnership with Wisdom Gaming

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
