Millennial Esports Corporation has announced it will be running a free to enter Madden NFL tournament this weekend with a $10,000 (£7,995) prize up for grabs.

The event will be hosted at Millennial Esports new Downtown Las Vegas arena: “thE Arena”. As shown above, EA Sports Madden NFL ’17 will be played on both PS4 and Xbox One and entrants will be in with a chance of winning their share of the $10,000 (£7,995) prize money.

Furthermore, the event will provide winners with double MCS points which are the points that go towards qualification for the Madden Championship, a $500,000 (£400,000) tournament that will be run in May to crown the Champion of Madden NFL 2017.

The event will span two days, getting underway on Saturday March 25th with registration opening at 9.00AM before the qualifiers get underway at 10.00AM. The Sunday will play host to the Playoffs, in which the best will compete for the prize money and their chance of double MCS points.

The tournament will be aired by Dave Grunfeld on Madden America TV. The series documents the American Madden scene and keeps tabs on the esports scene. It has well over 100 episodes and is published on the NFL website, in collaboration with EA and Under Armour.

It comes as the second big event at Millennial Esports new arena, after they hosted a Halo World Championship qualifier on their opening weekend at the beginning of March.

Esports Insider says: Being based in London we don’t often see much of the competitive NFL esports scene, but it’s an intriguing one. It’s great to see Millennial Esports hosting another event and we’ll make sure to catch the Madden America TV episode when it goes online. Good luck to everyone competing.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
