Pringles Games Celebration announces esports event

Pringles and Games Celebration are partnering up once again for its upcoming event set to take place at the World Trade Centre in Mexico City.

Pringles Games Celebration is back in Mexico City, the biggest celebration of gaming and geek culture returns bigger and better. The event is taking place from November 9 to 11 at the World Trade Centre, a 4,000 square meters venue that will receive 15,000 visitors through the weekend.

At the event, visitors can enjoy the 250 gaming stations, retro arcade area, and much more. Pringles Games Celebration is setting two stages for esports events, including the final of the Gamelta league and the Red Bull M.E.O. The winner of the Red Bull M.E.O. qualifier is representing Mexico at the Worlds finals in Germany.

This year, Pringles Games Celebration organised a Fortnite tournament, starting with the online open qualifiers. The top two teams are taking the stage and competing for a prize pool of 35,000 MXN (£1,500).
