Unibet announces partnership with CS:GO Giant Astralis

Unibet signs a global partnership with the leading esports organisation Astralis. The two-year partnership will see Unibet as the ‘Official Betting Partner’, working closely with the Astralis team to further increase the interest around esports.

Kindred Group has signed an agreement securing the Group’s Unibet brand as ‘Official Betting Partner’ of the major esports organisation Astralis’ Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team. The partnership covers two years and will give Unibet access to global image rights and exclusive content about Astralis, CS:GO and esports in general.

Esports Insider says: More renowned betting brands are targeting esports sponsorship. In the past, Unibet has invited well-known streamers to their poker tournaments. Now they have followed in the footsteps of brands like Betway and 1xBet. While betting can be a touchy subject for some esports fans, these types of partnerships are increasingly commonplace and will support both teams and leagues in gaining the valuable sponsorship they need to grow.
