It’s not long now until ESI New York is upon us. The one-day international blockbuster esports conference on 23rd April is set to welcome 200+ delegates for a fabulous day of content and networking.
Not only that, but there’ll be some fabulous evening activities, (Jay Z’s 40/40 Club anyone?) to cap it all off.
There are now just seven days left on our exclusive early bird price of $399.79 (including tax). That’s a saving of over $100 as the tickets will rise to $500!
You can purchase tickets on this page, or head to our main event page here for more information and to purchase tickets.
For sponsorship opportunities or any questions please contact a member of the team or email [email protected].
Want to know why a ticket under $400 represents incredible value? We’ve listed five of the many reasons you should be snagging your pass to ESI New York today.
1) Unparalleled content and speakers
Here at Esports Insider, there’s nothing we excel at more than thought-provoking content that moves away from generic norms seen at conferences across much of the business-to-business landscape. We’ve tailored each and every session at ESI New York (#ESINYC) to provide unique insight – and in doing so, are welcoming some of the finest speakers across the esports industry.
To give you an example, our opening panel looks at the ever-changing role and responsibilities of an esports pro player and features the following:
- Saira Mueller, Managing Editor, Dot Esports (Moderator)
- Scott “SirScoots” Smith, Esports Veteran
- Kashan “Chillindude” Khan, Professional Smash Player, Team Liquid
- Barry Kwonmoon Lee, Player Agent, Evolved Talent Agency
- Greg Laird, CEO, Chaos Esports Club
The afternoon will see delegates break with a choice of roundtables including “Esports Chamber 101”, designed to allow those in and out of the industry to discuss and debate what they dislike about the industry and how they suggest it be fixed.
We also have a fantastic closing panel that is yet to be revealed…
2) Sensational networking opportunities
The key to any business to business event is providing attendees with the chance to network and forge key business relationships. Having organised more business to business esports events than any other organiser in the space, this is far from something new to us.
ESI New York will feature pre-organised one-on-one meetings booked through our event app as well as ample opportunity for ad-hoc networking in one of two dedicated areas.
If that’s not enough, there’s several allotted break times throughout the day to ensure everyone can meet exactly who they wish to.
3) A two-hour open bar on the Tribeca Rooftop with idyllic views of NYC
The Tribeca Rooftop offers gorgeous views across the Hudson, Manhattan and of New York City in general.
As soon as the content is done and dusted we’re inviting each and every delegate to join us on the Rooftop for two-hours of gorgeous food and exceptional drinks. We’ll be serving up cocktails, wine, beer & a premium selection of liquor as we invite everyone to relax and continue the networking into the early evening. Fear not, these are included in the ticket price.
Add to that an incredible selection of hors d’oeuvres ranging from Seared Shrimp through to Avocado Toast that will be readily available for those who have worked up an appetite.
4) All-access for one price
You might notice at ESI New York we’ve only got one pricing point.
We believe that everyone who attends our events should be provided equal access and opportunities. At our events we attract key decision makers from across the industry but we won’t be hiding them away behind a pay nor phyiscal wall. Our ticket-holders will have access to everything on the agenda and at the event: from exhibitors through to the networking drinks and cracking after-party.
5) Party like Jay-Z at the 40/40 club
It wouldn’t be an Esports Insider event without a cracking after-party at a glamorous venue to round-off a conference.
After ESI London we took people to the Natural History Museum in London and enjoyed tipples under the skeleton of a blue whale, where we also inducted the class of 2018 into our ESI Hall of Fame. We were honoured to have compLexity CEO Jason Lake, and esports legends Chris Puckett and Michal ‘Carmac’ Blicharz for our first year. The 2019 edition, incidentally, will take place in LA during E3 on the evening of June 10th; you can find out more about that here.
For our closing party this time round though we’re swapping a museum for one of the most famous sports bars in the whole of New York City, owned by none other than superstar Jay-Z.
For those interested in the basketball, the playoffs will be and the drinks will be flowing!
For those with a keen interest in the repeal of PASPA and ever-changing regulatory and betting landscape in the United States, this party will be shared with our sister company before their event Betting on Sports America kicks off in New Jersey on the 24th April.
