x-kom AGO finds peripheral partner in Razer

Polish organisation x-kom AGO has unveiled a partnership with gaming peripherals company Razer.

The partnership will see Razer provide the organisation with peripherals and support for activities throughout 2020.

Razer joins technology company GarminWrigley’s Orbit brand, LG, and Puma as a sponsor for the organisation, which competes in Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, and League of Legends.

Yann Salsedo, Head of Esports EMEA at Razer, discussed the partnership in a release: “At Razer, innovation is one of our founding values and a mindset that we strongly share with x-kom AGO. We are proud and excited to work with a team finding creative ways to write the next chapters of their story. This partnership will see us pool our collective knowledge and take Polish esports on an amazing global journey.”

x-kom AGO becomes the latest organisation to join forces with Razer, joining the likes of AllianceEvil Geniuses, Legacy Esports, Team Queso, mousesports, and Copenhagen Flames.

Jakub Szumielewicz, President of x-kom AGO, added: “I am very happy that x-kom AGO has become an ambassador for the Razer brand in the region. It was the personalized approach of the Razer staff and the understanding of the brand’s headquarters for our philosophy of systematic competence development that convinced us unequivocally to establish a relationship with this particular partner.”

Esports Insider says: Already armed with a strong list of partners, x-kom AGO joins a solid roster of organisations to be associated with Razer. The deal’s terms are nothing new or groundbreaking but it still appears to be a mutually-beneficial alliance.
