ReKTGlobal, the parent company of Rogue and London Royal Ravens, has acquired New York-based digital media agency Fearless Media.
The deal will “further solidify relationships across all verticals” owned by ReKTGlobal by consolidating “Fearless Media’ extensive media network, brand partners and marketing experts.”

Founded in 2009, Fearless Media has worked with several companies within the gaming in esports space including Fortnite developer Epic Games, peripherals manufacturer Turtle Beach, and Counter-Strike and Dota developer Valve.
Dave Bialek, CEO of ReKTGlobal, commented on the acquisition in a release: “ReKTGlobal’s acquisition of Fearless Media is unlike any other in the esports industry. It allows us to fully support the growing demand for advertising and marketing solutions to the gaming and esports community, as we continue to build our industry leading esports marketing portfolio.”

The acquisition comes off the back of ReKTGlobal’s partnership with influencer development company TalentX which resulted in the launch of the TalentX Gaming vertical. The venture is said to focus on the creation and monetisation of business opportunities for esports players and streamers.
