Consumer electronics manufacturer Casio America has partnered with esports organisation FaZe Clan to create a customised model of its G-SHOCK watch.
The collaboration comes as a homage to FaZe Clan, with 2020 marking the organisation’s 10 year anniversary.

The limited-edition water and shock resistant watch, which showcases FaZe Clan’s signature red tiger camo print, will retail for $150 (~£113) and will be available for purchase through G-SHOCK’s and FaZe Clan’s websites starting on November 27th.
Besides featuring FaZe Clan’s logo at the front, the case back of the new DW6900 model carries an engraving commemorating the organisation’s anniversary. On top of that, the watch has an electro-luminescent backlight that displays “FAZE UP” within the digital display when lit. The model also comes in tin packaging of a similar design.

“G-SHOCK is a brand that all of us grew up on,” commented Taav Cooperman, FaZe Clan’s Vice President of Marketing. “We loved the idea of bringing it into our world and creating something tangible with this special collaboration, giving some of our gaming culture to the iconic brand we love so much.”
In terms of partnerships and collaborations, 2020 has been a busy year for FaZe Clan. The organisation has teamed up with a number of notable names, including deals with Verizon, G FUEL, Sugar23 or CTRL.
