Russian esports organisation Team Spirit has extended its partnership with bookmaker Parimatch for an additional year.

The renewal will see Parimatch remain as the title partner of Team Spirit, with the gambling firm’s logo being placed on the back, front and sleeves of the organisation’s Dota 2 and CS:GO kits.

The bookmaker will also gain image rights to Team Spirit’s players for marketing purposes. Additionally, both brands will collaborate on creating content and a collection of merchandise.

Nikita Chukalin, CEO of Team Spirit, commented: “For the last two years, Parimatch has been a reliable partner for us, and I am sincerely glad that we managed to extend our cooperation for the year of 2021. We have significantly grown as a brand, and many of our endeavours would not have been possible without the support of the best bookmaker in the CIS.

“I am sure that this year, our cooperation will reach a new level and we will delight our audience with even more sports achievements and cool content. A big cheer for Team Spirit and Parimatch, doing it together in 2021!”

Despite 2021 only being in its infancy, both Parimatch and Team Spirit have secured impressive partnerships. This includes the esports organisation’s agreement with Nike, and Parimatch naming Counter-Strike player Marcelo ‘coldzera’ David as its Global Esports Ambassador.

Stepan Shulga, Head of Esports Parimatch, added: “Team Spirit is a kind of mascot for us. Together with the club, we have been through a lot, including a complete change of Dota 2 rosters and constant but always successful CS:GO roster changes; the main thing we value is focusing on the result. For this team, sports achievements are more important than media success, and we respect this approach.”

Esports Insider says: Team Spirit has seen a lot of growth in recent months and this has been solidified by the organisation’s recent partnership with Nike alongside the renewal of its agreement with Parimatch. It’ll be interesting to see what additional content and collaborations Team Spirit does with Parimatch throughout 2021.

  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
