Vindex has announced the hire of Iraisa Jones as its new Director of Human Resources. Jones will be responsible for building a ‘robust talent-focused function that drives employee and business success’.

Prior to joining Vindex, Jones was the Regional Human Resources Director at the American Cancer Society.
“Iraisa brings a true ‘builder’ mindset to this role and we’re excited to welcome her as our first HR leader,” said Vindex CEO/Co-founder Mike Sepso. “We’re growing at an incredible rate and she will be instrumental in developing our talent and people operations.”
Vindex supplies infrastructure and technology to companies, including game publishers and esports tournament operators. The company owns esports operations firm Esports Engine, and last year acquired gaming-arena producer Belong from GAME.
Vindex also announced plans last year to roll out over 500 esports venues in the US and a further 1000 in other countries via Belong. The company was announced as the first esports company to join the World Economic Forum’s Global Innovators Community in 2020.
