As a part of the deal, Philips Monitors will equip Team Vitality’s athletes with its Philips Momentum range of monitors. This includes providing monitors across the organisation’s training facilities in Berlin and the Stade de France. In addition, the brand will be featured on the official jerseys of both teams.
The extension follows on from a deal signed in 2021, which only covered Team Vitality’s FIFA team.
Nicolas Maurer, CEO of Team Vitality, spoke on the announcement: “Providing our players with the best equipment to help them perform at the highest level has always been a top priority for us, so it’s great to be able to extend our partnership with such a trusted supplier in Philips Monitors.
“It’s also a testament to what we are achieving at Team Vitality to be able to grow our existing partnerships.”
According to the release, Philips Monitors will utilise Team Vitality athletes’ expertise for research and development, aiming to build ‘the best monitors for gamers’.
Team Vitality also recently partnered with gaming chair manufacturer Secretlab and French international banking group Crédit Agricole.
