Finnish esports organisation ENCE Esports has announced a new venture with its Creators Program.

ENCE has partnered with influencer marketing firm Noord Agency on the project. It aims to grow its roster of talent, as well as help develop a professional ecosystem for content creation in Finland.

ENCE is the largest esports organisation in Finland, known mostly for its CS:GO team and its success in StarCraft 2 with Joona “Serral” Sotala, one of the most prominent StarCraft players to come from Europe. ENCE is also very active in its home country, supporting both the professional and grassroots scenes in Finland.

The new initiative aims to further professionalise content creation in Finland, according to ENCE. Currently, the programme is focused on Finnish creators, with an aim to expand to other Nordic countries and the rest of Europe in the future. The announcement of the programme was made in conjunction with the signing of Rasmus “Rapsu” Virtanen as a content creator for the organisation.

Noord Agency, a Finnish company, will work with ENCE to provide support for content creators that are signed by the organisation. According to ENCE, Noord will “help them harness the full potential of the Creator team and offer them better opportunities and expert help in multiple areas, such as marketing and development.”

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
