Gaming peripherals manufacturer HyperX has expanded its existing VALORANT-focused partnership with game developer Riot Games.
As a result of the multi-year deal, HyperX will remain the official supplier of keyboards, mice, and mousepads for the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT).
The deal will see HyperX supply its products for the remainder of the 2023 season. The upcoming VCT Masters, VCT Champions and VALORANT Game Changers Championship will feature the peripherals manufacturer’s products.
HyperX is no stranger to supporting VALORANT’s top-tier of competition. In 2021, it was named a VCT founding partner alongside the likes of energy drink brand Red Bull and gaming furniture manufacturer Secretlab.
The VCT continues to grow at an impressive rate. The VCT LOCK//IN event kicked off the 2023 season, becoming the second-most-watched event in the history of the esport. The tournament attracted 1.43m peak viewers alongside an average of 430,000.
HyperX is one of the most recognisable brands within the esports industry thanks to its extensive partnership portfolio which includes the likes of Team Liquid, tournament and production service Unified, Dignitas and UK-based esports organisation LDN UTD, among many others.
