ZOWIE, the esports division of electronics manufacturer BenQ, has announced a multi-year partnership with game publisher Riot Games for its VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) Americas international league.

Kicking off April 1st 2023, all participating teams will utilise ZOWIE’s XL2566K esports gaming monitor during VCT Americas broadcasts.

This is not the first time ZOWIE has teamed up with Riot’s VALORANT ecosystem. In fact, last year the brand was the official monitor partner of VCT EMEA. ZOWIE was also previously a partner of CS:GO’s ESL Pro League for season 15. Some of VCT’s major partners for 2023 include Red Bull, Aim Lab, Secretlab and Verizon.

Aside from providing monitors to the VCT Americas broadcast, no additional information regarding the deal has been disclosed. This includes whether ZOWIE will have any further activations as part of the deal, which it did in its similar deal with the EMEA scene.

According to a release, the brand’s XL2566K monitor features ZOWIE’s DyAc⁺™ technology, which is designed to reduce motion blur. Moreover, the monitor is equipped with ‘colour optimization technology’ to increase visibility in dark scenes.

VCT Americas is set to kick off its inaugural league following VALORANT’s expansive restructuring and successful international event in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The competition will be held at the Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles, US — previously the sole home of League of Legends’ LCS prior to the game developer’s broadcast revamp

We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
