Esports data provider Abios has announced a partnership with esports odds comparison platform Buffed.bet to bolster the company’s esports experience with iframe widgets.

Abios’ Widgets will provide Buffed with in-depth head-to-head statistics, expected rosters and recent performance for matches, for a variety of titles.

This will be useful to Buffed as the company’s purpose is to help esports fans find matches to bet on, as well as compare odds with bookmakers in the space. Currently, Buffed provides odds comparisons for tier-one matches in CS:GO, League of Legends, VALORANT, Dota 2 and Call of Duty, among others.

Some of the esports-focused bookmakers showcased on the odds comparison platform include GG.Bet, Rivalry, Unikrn and Midnite. In this case, Abios’ widget is a component of an interface that allows the user to embellish websites to create a greater esports user experience.

2023 has been a rather busy time for Abios, with the esports data provider continuing to expand its scope within the betting sector. Alongside its Buffed partnership, the company recently secured a deal with Czech sportsbook Tipsport and launched its new CS:GO odds product. Abios also recently secured a permit to deliver its products in Sweden.

According to Tom Wade, CEO and Founder of Buffed.bet, the ability to incorporate Abios’ widgets without “extensive development and tricky integrations” was a vital component of the partnership.

Philip Taube, Key Account Manager, Abios, commented: “Buffed.bet is a new and exciting platform allowing esports fans to compare odds and see exciting stats and news for every large esports title.

“Products like theirs allow esports fans to get immersed in matches and learn more about each esports title. We’re happy to provide them easy-to-use building blocks to help their platform reach the next level.”
