Esports solutions provider Abios has expanded its portfolio of partners by securing a deal with Nigerian sports betting brand Oyawin.

As a result, Abios will provide the Nigerian bookmaker with odds and statistics for esports matches and tournaments.

Oyawin is a newly launched mobile-first sportsbook created by esports betting and media company 1337Pro. According to a release, Abios already supports 1337Pro with its data and statistics solutions for a variety of esports titles.

For the company’s new brand, Abios’ solutions will be tailored towards tier-one esports titles, such as CS:GO (soon to be Counter-Strike 2), League of Legends and VALORANT. Through Abios’ solutions, Oyawin will be able to utilise content such as player props, data visualisations and embedded streams.

The deal also includes the use of Abios’ eSoccer solution. In partnership with BETER, the eSoccer solution provides around-the-clock football-focused betting content.

Abios continues to grow its list of esports betting partners, with Czechian sportsbook Tipsport, UK esports bookmaker Dragoni and esports odds comparison site Buffed.bet teaming up with the solutions provider this year alone. Earlier this year, the company also secured a Swedish permit for its esports solutions.

Oskar Bonnevier Fröberg, CEO and Founder of Abios, commented: “To support the growth of esports in Nigeria, we’re delighted to supply Oyawin with our esports odds, statistics and data visualisations. It allows Nigerian bettors to discover and get access to engaging content for the largest tournaments in esports.”

Abios is a part of Kambi Group, one of the largest B2B providers of sports betting services. The company was purchased in August 2021 in a deal that was worth up to £22m.
