Esports industry awards show Esports Awards has named Japanese automotive marque Lexus as its title sponsor.
For the fifth consecutive year, the two parties will collaborate for Lexus to present the Esports Organisation of the Year and Streamer of the Year awards during the 2023 ceremony.
In addition to presenting awards during the ceremony, Esports Awards and Lexus will join forces across a range of activations which includes the marque showcasing a customised car within the Esports Awards village.
Esports Awards and Lexus first partnered in 2019 and provided the event with a range of vehicles that were situated inside and outside of the event. Since then, the marque has teamed up with North American esports organisation 100 Thieves to run activations at the 2023 Long Beach GP.
The 2023 Esports Awards ceremony returns to Las Vegas on November 29th and 30th and continues to highlight the best in the industry, including players, content creators, teams, organisations, and other figures from the world of esports.
Lexus becomes the sixth partner of the 2023 Esports Awards. It joins the likes of Xfinity, sunglasses brand Oakley and audio streaming platform Amazon Music.
Michael Ashford, CEO of the Esports Awards, spoke on the deal: “We’re thrilled to welcome Lexus back for the fifth year in a row!
“Their commitment to excellence and innovation consistently pushes us to create the ultimate experience for our global audience. We’re excited to raise the bar once again and deliver an unparalleled event that celebrates the very best in esports.”
