Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing, an esports division of the Red Bull Formula One team, has announced a multi-year partnership with sim-racing organisation Team Redline.

The deal will see Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing adopt a new team name and logo, with Team Redline presiding over the performance management of the division ahead of this year’s Formula 1 Esports Series Pro Championship.

Additionally, a dedicated Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing performance facility will be created in the Team Redline HQ.

According to a release, both teams look to further establish an even greater foothold in the esports racing world. Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing will also fully retain its current driver and content creator roster.

In 2022, Team Redline already became one of the three pillars of Verstappen.com Racing, a racing-fuelled initiative founded by Max Verstappen to bring different forms of motorsport together under one umbrella. With this new partnership, Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing and Team Redline are looking to take its growing relationship even further.

Joe Soltysik, Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing Team Esports Lead, commented: “This partnership marks an ambitious positive step on our journey to win back our Team title in F1 Esports.

“Since the creation of our sim racing Team in 2018, we have been committed to being the best competitors on the grid and constantly looking for ways to improve our performance. Partnering up with one of the most successful teams in sim racing history is an opportunity we are delighted to have taken and I am incredibly excited about the potential of what we can achieve together.”

Founded over 20 years ago, Team Redline has entered and accumulated several of the most prestigious accolades in sim racing. The team stretches across multiple racing titles, from iRacing, rFactor 2, Assetto Corsa, ACC, Gran Turismo, and Automobilista, with a presence across Europe, the US and Asia.
