Team Vitality Counter-Strike player Mathieu ‘ZywOo’ Herbaut is set to launch a limited edition mousepad.

Called ‘The Chosen Mousepad’, the product will only be available for two weeks, starting August 20th.

At the time of writing, very few details about the mousepad have been publicly revealed. However, ZywOo’s website for the product has stated that the mousepad is ‘powered by’ esports and gaming agency Prodigy Agency.

Reaching out to Prodigy Agency, the company told Esports Insider that the mousepad has not been created in collaboration with a brand. As a result, the product is created and produced by Prodigy Agency itself.

In a release shared by Prodigy, it was also revealed that the mousepad’s dimensions are 460 x 400 x 3 mm. The mousepad will cost €40 (~£34.35) plus shipping fees.

Prodigy Agency also noted that ‘ZywOo’ has tested the mousepad for ‘months’. This included him playing with the product during this year’s IEM Dallas event.

This isn’t the first time Prodigy Agency has been involved in a peripheral-focused activation of this kind. In 2022, Prodigy Agency helped facilitate a deal between peripheral brand Finalmouse and VALORANT player Tyson ‘TenZ’ Ngo to release a limited edition mouse

On top of creating the product, Prodigy Agency is also responsible for managing the mousepad’s marketing and sales strategy.

Jérôme Coupez, CEO of Prodigy Agency, commented: “This mousepad is a true reflection of ZywOo’s commitment to excellence. We’re proud to support Mathieu in this exciting new venture and to see him connect with his fans in a unique way.

“It’s not just about having a great mousepad to play and perform; it’s about offering something that represents the very best of what ZywOo brings to the game, and a special way for him to share his success and dedication with the community”
