Fast betting esports content provider BETER has walked away from B2B iGaming conference ICE Barcelona with two awards.

At the International Gaming Awards hosted during the three-day exhibition, BETER was given the eSports Innovator of the Year award. Moreover, the betting content provider also took home the Safer Gambling Award at the European iGaming Awards.

For the first award, the judges highlighted BETER’s ESportsBattle tournament product and its Esports Odds Feed.

ESportsBattle is a property that offers regular in-house betting content across various sports simulation titles. This product allows bookmakers to have more esports-focused betting content without having to rely on major events and tournaments.

Meanwhile, BETER’s Esports Odds Feed provides live and pre-match market odds for notable events in CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, VALORANT and more. Recently, the company secured a partnership with B2B sports data provider FeedConstruct to integrate these two properties, alongside BETER’s sports offering, into FeedConstruct’s platform.

Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, commented: “ICE Barcelona has been a huge success for BETER, and what better way to round off the event than with two major award wins.

“We are proud to receive the eSports Innovator of the Year award, which recognises our pioneering fast-betting products, especially our ESportsBattle tournaments.”

According to a release, BETER’s Safer Gambling Award recognises its commitment to integrity and ensuring fair play. In 2023, BETER’s Chief Revenue Officer, Chuck Robinson, noted in an article on Esports Insider that all ESportsBattle athletes completed an integrity e-learning programme and that every tournament is overseen by a 24/7 Integrity Operational Centre.

Ehrlich added: “These award wins set BETER up for a big 2025, and we look forward to continuing the incredible growth trajectory we’ve been on for the past couple of years as the demand for fast-betting content—as well as its reliability and fairness—continues to grow.”

UPDATE 28/01/25: BETER has informed Esports Insider that its ESportsBattle tournaments no longer include Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 due to organisational changes in its esports products. As a result, these have been removed from the article.
