OG Esports and Iberian Soul are among the four teams that have qualified for the StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025 event taking place in Budapest from September 18th to 21st.

The qualifier for the event was originally planned to be a LAN group stage for the main event, but moved online to avoid schedule conflicts.

The qualifiers used Europe’s Valve Regional Standings (VRS) from July to determine the teams competing. Ninjas in Pyjamas was the only team from the top 20 to accept the invite, but withdrew from the qualifiers after receiving a direct invitation to the main event.

As a result, 9INE secured one of the four places after defeating BIG twice while OG Esports swept aside its opposition to advance without conceding a map.

Elsewhere, PARIVISION advanced after defeating Fnatic and ENCE in Group B, before besting ECSTATIC in a hard-fought best-of-three series to earn the third spot at LAN.

Lastly, Iberian Soul continued to build after its EPIC.LAN victory with wins over Nemiga Gaming and FUT Esports.

With the qualifiers now concluded, the total teams announced for StarLadder StarSeries is five, with Ninjas in Pyjamas the only one confirmed team to have a direct invitation to the event.

Notably, the event clashes with FISSURE Playground 2, another Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) using the July VRS to determine teams that receive invitations. So far, the likes of The MongolZ, Team Falcons, FaZe Clan and Team Liquid have opted to compete in FISSURE’s event.
