Asia and China will have 12 teams each competing, divided into two groups. Both regions will have a Round Robin, Bo3 match format during the Group Stage. The top four teams will qualify for the Playoffs.

Oceania will have the fewest number of teams competing at only eight, which will also be divided into two groups for the Group Stage. Only the top two teams will qualify for the Playoffs.

All regional Playoffs will take place with a Double Elimination bracket, and matches will be Bo5. On the other hand, the Grand Finals of each region will be a Bo7 series.
