Marvel Rivals Championship Season 2: Hellfire Gala has concluded for the majority of regions, with winners decided for both its PC and console divisions.

The Championships took place from June 7th to July 6th, 2025, and is currently one of the few Marvel Rivals open-invitation esports events where anyone can emerge as the champion.

Every Marvel Rivals Championship Season 2 PC Winners

As of the writing of this article, all the regions’ PC divisions have concluded, apart for China. On top of the lion’s share of the $14,500 (~£11,165) prize pool, the top two teams of each region will qualify for Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2, taking place later this year.

These are all the PC winners of ever region, consisting of both regular factions and esport organisations:

  • Pacific – yoyang-won
  • EMEA – Ex Oblivione
  • Americas – Cafe Noir
  • China – TBD

In the EMEA region, Ex Oblivione finally saw its moment to shine after a history of early losses in the Marvel Rivals scene.

Ex Oblivione dominated the Upper Brackets, defeating factions like Unit-X 3-1 in the Quarterfinals, and PLUVIA in the Semi-finals. Eventually, it defeated QMISTRY in both the Upper Bracket Finals and Grand Finals, leaving the Championship with a 4-1 victory. Suffering an early knockout in the Ignite Stage 1 Open Qualifiers, the question remains whether Stage 2 will yield better results.

After Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 1, the top teams in Americas were either moving on to the Mid-Season Finals, or licking their wounds from losses. As a result, the Championships saw Cafe Noir, a non-organisation-backed team in the scene, steal the spotlight. Beginning in the Lower Brackets, this team managed to claw its way to the Grand Finals, where it defeated Arrival Seven with a narrow 4-3 win.

The Pacific mostly consisted of teams as opposed to esports organisations. However, yoyang-won stood out as a solid team in this region. Dominating many of its matches, including a 3-0 victory in the Upper Bracket Semi Finals, a 3-1 win in the Upper Bracket Finals, and ending the Grand Finals with a 4-0 win against herr0. Qualifying for Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2, the team has an opportunity to be the tournament’s dark horse.

The Console Winners

The Marvel Rivals Championships also host a console division for every region save for China. However, winning teams do not qualify for Marvel Rivals Ignite because it is a PC exclusive tournament.

These are all the console winners for every region:

  • Pacific – Deos Liberos
  • EMEA – WeOwnThis
  • Americas – Hydra (American Team)

Winners Qualified for Marvel Rivals Ignite

Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2 is scheduled for later this year after the Stage 1 Mid-Season Finals conclude. The tournament will feature the top two teams from each region’s PC Championships, who will compete alongside the top Stage 1 rosters, as well as the teams that advance through the Open Qualifiers.

These are all the invited teams competing in Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 1 through the Season 2 Championship:

  • Americas: Cafe Noir, Arrival Seven
  • EMEA: Ex Oblivione, QMISTRY
  • Asia: Yoyangt-won, herr0
  • China – TBD, TBD

Oceania is not included, as the majority of those countries are considered under the Pacific bracket for the Season 2 Championships. As a result, the top two teams of that bracket will instead compete in the Asia region for Ignite Stage 2.

Only time will tell whether these teams can advance further beyond the Group Stage and be crowned the region’s champion, and potentially win the Stage 2 Grand Finals.
