Esports organisation Team Liquid has announced its latest anime collaboration, this time with the hit series BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War.

The collaboration brings a unique collection of apparel themed after the show and is available exclusively on Team Liquid’s merch store.

The apparel, which includes shirts and jackets featuring iconic characters from the anime, will launch on October 8th, 2025.

From the promotional image provided, four items have been revealed for the collaboration so far. A jacket featuring BLEACH’s main protagonist, Ichigo Kurosaki, alongside a coloured bomber jacket. There is also a t-shirt featuring beloved character, Ywach, and a fluffy sweater with a print of Kisuke Urahara.

As of writing, prices have yet to be revealed for the apparel, but are expected to fall in line with previous partnered merchandise released by Team Liquid.

BLEACH: Thousand Year Blood War is the final arc of the action anime series, adapting the last chapters of the fictional manga created by Tite Kubo. It is widely celebrated by fans as a return of the franchise after a long hiatus.

Anime Collaborations in Esports

Throughout the years, anime and esports have crossed over through various partnerships and collaborations.

Team Liquid has worked with multiple popular anime brands, including launching an apparel collection with Naruto Shippuden. In 2024, the esports organisation released Death Note-themed merchandise, which included mousepads, keycaps and more.

Other organisations have also teamed up with anime shows. Back in August, Sentinels announced a collaboration with sports series Haikyuu as part of its partnership with the streaming service, Crunchyroll. TSM previously worked with Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood back in 2023 to launch a collection of branded t-shirts, headwear, and a gaming mousepad.

Anime has further expanded beyond teams to feature in some of the most popular competitive titles.

Earlier this year, PUBG Mobile, one of the most popular esports titles of 2025, released an Attack on Titan collaboration. The popular hero shooter and esports sensation, Overwatch 2, has collaborated with various anime shows since its launch, including Gundam Wing, and recently, the anime and gaming series, Persona 5.
