Which teams are competing in the ALGS Split 2 Pro League regional finals?

Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Year 5 Split 2 Pro League has entered the Finals across multiple regions, where the top teams will compete for a place in the 2026 championships.

Americas, EMEA, APAC North and South have each seen 20 teams qualify, fighting for the lion’s share of a $125,000 (~£92,735) prize pool.

EMEA

The EMEA Regular Season ended with Alliance placing first with 124 points, followed by GoNext Esports with 117. Well-known organisations such as FaZe Clan, Citadel Gaming, and Natus Vincere have also successfully advanced to the Finals.

Some of the top teams to look out for include Alliance, the Split 1 Pro League EMEA champion, which has dominated the tournament so far and stands as one of the favourites to win. Natus Vincere (NAVI) is also another team to keep an eye on, as some players were part of the original GoNext Esports trio that won the ALGS Year 4 Championship.

Americas

Shopify Rebellion clinched the top spot in the Americas’ Regular Season with 90 points in total, followed closely by GROW Gaming (88 points) and 100 Thieves (86 points). Other top organisations such as Ninjas in Pyjamas, Virtus.pro, and Team Liquid have successfully made the top 20 teams.

Team Falcons is still in contention to win the tournament, and is considered a favourite amongst fans as the winners of both the Split 1 Pro League Americas and the 2025 Open. With top players such as Philip ‘ImperialHal‘ Dosen and the recently signed Zachary ‘Gild’ Dennis in its roster, the team is expected to have a strong performance in the next stage.

APAC North

APAC North’s Regular Season saw UNLIMIT and SOTEN top the leaderboards with over 120 points each. Globally recognised organisations such as Fnatic and REJECT also qualified for the regional finals.

UNLIMIT, formerly known as GHS Professional, has proven to be quite the powerhouse in the tournament so far. It scored 25 points in three games in a row, but fans will have to wait and see if the squad can continue its momentum into the regional playoffs.

APAC South

Gen.G Esports has proven to be a highlight team in APAC South, with some of its players breaking records during the tournament. The organisation boasts 135 points, the highest of any region during Split 2 Pro League.

Other rosters to look out for include the winners of the ALGS Mid Season Playoffs during the Esports World Cup, VK Gaming. It has barely clawed its way to the regional finals, but fans anticipate that the next stage could see a major comeback from the Chinese organisation.

Other well-known brands that have survived to the second stage include Wolves Esports, the only other roster to achieve over 100 points in the Regular Season. It is an organisation that first entered the Apex Legends scene back in May, and has already proven to be a strong contender.
