The Blacklyte chair, known as the Athena Pro Team Liquid Edition, is now available for purchase. It’s currently priced at $619 (~£461).

Earlier this year, Blacklyte announced a partnership with Team Liquid. Its esports-focused seats are crafted for competition, including comfort and support.

The Athena Pro Team Liquid Edition features an adjustable lumbar system and reinforced seat base to support hours of play while providing stability.

The chair features Team Liquid’s emblem across the backrest, rendered in sculpted 3D embroidery on the chair’s Nexgen Eco Leatherette material. Team Liquid’s branding is also on the pillow and top of the chair.

You can get the Athena Pro Team Liquid Edition in the organisation’s signature black and blue, and also comes in white with pastel detailing.

Blacklyte is no stranger to esports collaborations. Along with Team Liquid, it also has special edition chairs for Team Spirit, Toronto Ultra and more. It has also collaborated with esports events, including Counter-Strike 2 BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024.

“We are incredibly excited to partner with BLAST for the Counter-Strike Premier Fall Groups 2024,” said Alex Liu, Founder & CEO of Blacklyte at the time. “Our goal is to revolutionize the way esports tournaments are experienced, and with BLAST’s expertise and our innovative technology, we are confident that this event will set a new benchmark for the industry.”

Every chair has featured an immense attention to detail and unique brand distinction.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
